Dielmo 3D Viewer allows the consulting of own virtual globe created from the combination of different data sources (open data and private databases) using OGC service. It can incorporate own geo-referenced projects, general information or any external file.

Geo-cartographic databases containing your available or acquired data can be prepared to be serverd by WMS services following OGC standards.

From your available or acquired original geographic data, project's geo-cartographic databases can be prepared to be served by WMS Services following OGC standards. Public or existent OGC services can be georeferenced and linked to the 3D globe toguether with all the specific and general information from the project itself (multimedia files, project databases, thematic information, links to webs or external files, etc.). It gives to the possibility to build own worlds 3D, defining all the components that integrate your project.

Dielmo 3D Viewer can run installed projects (on-line or off-line) or execute them (integrated in your website or via java web start). 

Once the virtual globe is built, you will have the ability to edit contents and add new layers with an easy XML configuration file. Virtual globe will be automatically updated when editing the configuration file, avoiding the need of compile the project again. It gives the possibilit of having a live globe always growing.
